By using essaysbuddy.com (the “Website”) and our related features and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
1. Service Overview
EssaysBuddy connects individuals and organisations that need written content (“Clients”) with vetted independent authors (“Authors”). Any delivered materials (“Work”) are provided for research, reference, and learning support only. Clients must not submit the Work as their own where academic or professional rules prohibit it. Access to the Services is limited to users aged 18+ and not located in jurisdictions subject to EU, OFAC, or FATF restrictions, or where these Services are illegal. We may restrict or terminate access from such locations.
2. Accounts & Security
Create an account with a valid email and a strong password, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. Report suspected unauthorised use immediately to whatsup@essaysbuddy.com (you may also write to our support inbox below).
3. How Ordering Works
- Create an Order — Choose the service, specify topic and scope (word count/pages), deadline, formatting, and upload all instructions and references.
- Pay Upfront — Orders are queued only after successful payment.
- Author Assignment — The platform routes your order to verified Authors; assignments are based on qualifications and availability (no public bidding, no direct Author selection).
- Status Tracking — Monitor progress from your account dashboard.
- Quality Review — When the draft is finished, our team performs a consolidated QC check (instruction fit, structure, formatting, plagiarism screening).

Delivery — Final files are sent by the stated deadline via email and/or made available in your dashboard (where applicable).
Client duties: provide complete and accurate instructions and all materials at the time of ordering. Missing or late inputs can cause delays, scope changes, or additional fees.
4. Pricing, Payments & Escrow
Prices are shown at checkout in EUR and may change prospectively (never for already-paid orders). Payment is taken in advance (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, or other supported methods). Funds are held in escrow and are automatically released to the Author 14 days after the final deadline unless the Client opens a dispute or a revision request before that time.
All payments and transactions must be conducted through the Website.
5. Revisions & Refunds
Revisions. One free revision is included if the Work diverges from the original instructions. Mid-course changes or added scope may require additional payment.
Refunds. Refunds may be considered for non-delivery, significant deviation from the order, or technical issues preventing completion, when requested within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with grades/outcomes, late provision of required materials, academic dishonesty, or requests made more than six months after payment. Payment-provider processing can take up to 10 business days.
Dispute Resolution. All disputes, refund requests, or claims related to orders must be submitted to the Company. Clients and Authors may not attempt to resolve payment or service disputes directly with each other. The Company’s decision regarding any refund or dispute is final and binding.
6. Intellectual Property & Use
Ownership remains with EssaysBuddy until full payment clears. After release, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Work lawfully for personal or organisational purposes. Resale, public distribution, and claiming authorship of the Work are prohibited.
7. Academic Integrity
We enforce a strict no-plagiarism policy. You agree not to submit the Work as your original academic submission or otherwise violate institutional or third-party rights. Breaches may result in immediate account termination.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the data necessary to operate and improve the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we process, safeguards, and your rights. We do not sell personal data; disclosures occur only when required by law or necessary to deliver the Services.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close accounts without notice for fraud/chargebacks, policy violations, harassment of Authors or staff, or attempts to bypass security or platform controls.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee grades, institutional approval, uninterrupted availability, or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EssaysBuddy is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for delays caused by external factors (e.g., internet outages or third-party failures).
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where EssaysBuddy is established. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Class or collective actions are excluded where permitted by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
